7. Fuel Policy
- Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at collection.
- Failure to do so may result in refuelling charges.
8. Cancellations & Refunds

- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full charges.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
9. Airport Transfers & Chauffeur Services
- Pickup times are based on the details provided at booking.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Flight monitoring is provided where applicable.
10. Breakdown & Accidents
- In the event of a breakdown or accident, you must notify us immediately.
- Do not attempt repairs without authorisation.
